Contract documents

Our Master SaaS Agreement and Order Form are shared with customers as part of setting up an account. The agreement's Privacy & Security Schedule, which sets out how we handle and protect your data (the roles of each party, security, subprocessors, retention and deletion), is published on our Security Overview, Subprocessors and Privacy Policy pages above. If you would like the full signed agreement, or a specific security questionnaire completed, contact us and we will send them over.
